At CoachGrow (https://coachgrow.app), we understand that executive strategy and personal goals are strictly confidential. We enforce bank-grade encryption and adhere to GDPR / international privacy standards.
2. Data We Collect
- Account Information: Name, business email address, authentication credentials managed securely via Supabase.
- Coaching Deliberations: Goal descriptions, GROW transcripts, extracted commitments and status ratings entered during sessions.
- Payment Information: Handled directly by Stripe Inc. under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. CoachGrow never stores credit card details on its servers.
3. Zero Model Training Policy
🔒 Your data is NEVER used to train public AI models.
API interactions with state-of-the-art AI infrastructure are ephemeral and strictly covered by zero-data-retention enterprise agreements.
4. Your GDPR Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you possess the right to access, rectify, export, or permanently delete all your account data at any moment by contacting our privacy team at privacy@coachgrow.app.
