1. Overview and Acceptance

Welcome to SparrGROW (accessible at https://sparrgrow.com), operated by the SparrGROW team. By accessing or using our SaaS coaching platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

SparrGROW provides an executive AI-assisted coaching platform structured around the GROW methodology (Goal, Reality, Options, Will), automated commitment tracking, and live workshops and masterclasses.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

• 14-Day Free Trial ($0): Full SparrGROW Pro access for 14 days with no credit card required. Voice AI is limited to 60 minutes during the trial. After day 14 the account becomes read-only until you subscribe.
• SparrGROW Pro (US$39/month or US$390/year): Grants unlimited 24/7 AI sparring sessions, real-time Voice AI, persistent memory, and autonomous commitment tracking.

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew every month unless cancelled by the user prior to the billing cycle end.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time with a single click in their account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period with zero cancellation fees.

5. Responsible Use of AI and Disclaimer

SparrGROW is a decision-support, goal-structuring, and executive sparring tool. It does not replace licensed medical, psychotherapeutic, or legal advice. Users retain full responsibility for their business and personal decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform interfaces, proprietary algorithms, branding, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of SparrGROW. User session notes and strategic goals remain the sole property of the user.
