Welcome to CoachGrow (accessible at https://coachgrow.app), operated by the CoachGrow team. By accessing or using our SaaS coaching platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

CoachGrow provides an executive AI-assisted coaching platform structured around the GROW methodology (Goal, Reality, Options, Will), automated commitment tracking, video masterclasses, and hybrid 1-on-1 human executive coaching.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

• Free Discovery Tier: Includes 2 full introductory GROW sessions at zero cost without credit card requirement.
• Pro Tier ($49/month): Grants unlimited 24/7 AI sparring sessions and proactive commitment accountability.
• Executive Mastermind Tier ($289/month): Includes all Pro features plus one monthly 45-minute 1-on-1 video coaching session with a dedicated executive coach and live workshop access.

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew every month unless cancelled by the user prior to the billing cycle end.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time with a single click in their account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period with zero cancellation fees.

5. Responsible Use of AI and Disclaimer

CoachGrow is a decision-support, goal-structuring, and executive sparring tool. It does not replace licensed medical, psychotherapeutic, or legal advice. Users retain full responsibility for their business and personal decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform interfaces, proprietary algorithms, branding, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of CoachGrow. User session notes and strategic goals remain the sole property of the user.
